I was born and raised in Germany, came to Canada in 2015, married awesome Eduardo and have two little whirlwinds who call me Mama. Many of the interactions and paperwork necessary for buying or selling a property can be completely contactless. But one important part of every sale, the showings of the property, cannot be done from afar most of the times.
